To achieve certification each website undergoes a manual technical compliance review against WCAG 2.2 to level AA.

The site underwent both a technical compliance audit and robust end to end testing by users with a wide range of disabilities including blind, low vision, dyslexia, colour blindness, mobility impairments, learning difficulties, Deaf, Asperger and anxiety and panic disorder.

All testing is carried out in line with relevant platform specific guidelines, and where applicable, conforms with The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No.2) Accessibility Regulations 2018. Testing also conforms to Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Below is a list of issues currently found on the last accessibility test of the Manolo Blahnik Main Website by the DAC. (See Scope of Testing below.)

Journey 1 - Successful Login

Journey 2 – Forgot password

Journey 6 – View Department

  1. Welcome to IdAMS Equifax - select ‘Department’ drop down then click ‘View and manage’
  2. View Departments
    1. In the drop down select ‘DIGITAL ACCESSIBLITY CENTRE’ in the drop down, then click ‘Search’
    2. Click ‘Export’
    3. A file named ‘Department-List.csv’ will be made available within your machine’s downloads folder

Journey 7 – Create a user

  1. View Departments – Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘Create’
  2. Create user
    1. In the drop downs select the below information:
      Organization - DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY CENTRE
      Department – AUDIT
      First name – Test
      Last name – User
      Email – For the email insert your name after user for example: usersteffan@digitalaccessiblitycentre.org
    2. Click ‘Create’
    3. Successful creation will be confirmed on-screen (green box at the top right corner of the page)

Journey 8 – View users

  1. Create user – Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘View users’
  2. View users
    1. Enter the below details in the drop downs:
      Organization - DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY CENTRE
      Department – AUDIT
    2. Click ‘Search’
    3. Click assign role on any of the results in the table (marked with a small profile icon)
  3. Assign Roles to User – In the drop down select any of the roles (this is a custom element that includes an input and several checkboxes), then click ‘Assign roles’

Journey 9 – Delete user

  1. Assign Roles to User - Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘View users’
  2. View users
    1. Enter the below details in the drop downs:
      Organization - DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY CENTRE
      Department – AUDIT
    2. Click ‘Search’
    3. Click delete user (marked with an X) on the test user email with your name in the table, may have to cycle through the pages to find it (marked with an X)
  3. View/Manage Users – Enter any reason for delete, then Click ‘Delete’

Journey 10 – View deleted user

  1. View users - Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘View deleted users’
  2. View deleted users
    1. Enter the below details in the drop downs:

Journey 11 – View Application Users

  1. View deleted users - Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘View app users’

      Application – ALL APPLICATIONS
    2. Click ‘Search’
    3. Click ‘Export’
    4. A file named “View-Application-User.csv” will be made available within your machine’s downloads folder.

Journey 12 – Bulk upload

  1. View application users - Select ‘Users’ drop down, then click ‘Bulk upload users’
  2. Bulk upload users
    1. Enter the below details in the drop down

      Department – AUDIT
    3. Click ‘Choose file’ and select ‘user-upload-template.csv’ to upload
    4. Click ‘Upload’
    5. Wait until the upload is complete
